Now, 2 nice things you can do with it:
1) Visit your newly created site few times. Visit for few seconds, browse inner pages, exit, repeat 2-3 times. This will get you indexed within 24 hours by Alexa. Amazingly as soon as Alexa indexes you, Google will mostly do this too.
Also - Google will give you some +++ for this, and even if you use just few PR4+ backlinks, you can get to page 1-2 quickly for few days. Done it few times. Cool small exploit.
