3 of my sites banned/sandboxed from Google completely. I recovered two of my sites in about 10 days. I think the one who hasnt been recovered will be recovered soon, too.This is what I did;
1- Delete anything on your sandboxed site.
2- Go to sedo.com, register, add your site, and redirect your nameservers to:

我有三个网站完全被google ban掉或者进入沙盒了，但我用10天就复原了其中两个。我觉得那个暂时还没有恢复的网站很快也可以得到复原。以下是我如何做的：
1. 删除你进入沙盒的网站的所有内容。
2. 到sedo.com，注册，加入你的网站，然后令你的nameserver转向：

NS2.SEDOPARKING.COM
3- Add your url to

4- Delete your site from Google webmastertools (if you added).
5. Everyday, ping your site once.469662131761

You will recover your site about 1 week.
3.把你的URL地址加到：http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl
4. 在google的站长工具中删除你的网站（如果你加入过的话）。
5. 每天，ping一次你的网站：http://pingler.com 移出google沙盒的方法就这么简单吧！
